The Impact Hackathon is a 8-Day (17th Dec 2023 – 24th Dec 2023) virtual hackathon fest that seeks to find the most innovative solution to address the social issues using Salesforce.

What to Build
Submit individually or in a team of a maximum of 3 members and build the most amazing application using the Salesforce Platform for social good.
Your submission must include a robust Innovate Salesforce application that impacts society.
EXAMPLES OF SOCIALLY IMPACTFUL SALESFORCE HACKATHON SOLUTIONS
Note – These are just examples. Think out of box to create your own solution solving pressing problem of society using any Salesforce Feature
Smart Waste Collection and Management System:
Concept: Integrate Salesforce with IoT (Internet of Things) enabled smart bins and waste collection vehicles. These smart bins can signal when they are full.
Community Engagement and Reporting Platform for Street Animals:
Concept: Develop a Salesforce-based platform where community members can report sightings of injured or distressed street animals, initiate rescue operations, and track the status of their reports.
GUIDELINES
- The idea should be original and innovative and has to be build using Salesforce Platform.
- Link to the working source code in GitHub. It should include a complete working project that can be compiled. Modified Date in GitHub should not be later than Hackathon End Date.

Your submission must include at least 10-12 minute showcase video (Example: YouTube video or video in Google Drive).
Small presentation (Example: Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva) or a project documentation to be considered for prizes.
Judging Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on potential impact on society, code quality and innovation

You can use Salesforce development environment (credentials should not be to a production environment or expose production data).

Anyone student or working professional can participate. He just need a Salesforce Developer org and an idea to use Salesforce to transform society.
